Just a reminder that as a resident of Bethlehem Township, we must follow those Ordinances as well; however, the Association does not manage the enforcement of the municipal policies.

Our Association Board is responsible for abiding by and enforcing the requirements of the Planned Community.

The board meets quarterly and the Community has an annual open meeting where issues and current concerns may be shared. Homeowners can read our meeting minutes once they are approved by the board.
